Information Technology Network Engineer

Role: - IT Network Location: - Chennai Key Responsibilities Requirements are as below Experience: 3–5 years in network troubleshooting and support. Strong knowledge of Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco devices. Proficiency in Linux administration and command-line troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Wireshark or similar packet analysis tools. Excellent customer handling skills with a service-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Open-shift Administrator Preferred Attributes Industry certifications such as CCNA, PCNSE, NSE are a plus. Experience in handling escalations and incident management.
