Job Description Site/Civil Engineer Job Title: Site/Civil Engineer Location: Noida Company: Karyan Group Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience: 5–8 Years Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Summary Karyan Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Site/Civil Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in the real estate industry , specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering/formwork technology and should be capable of managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of construction activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute civil construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects . Manage site execution for RCC, finishing, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and structural works. Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Execute and monitor Mivan shuttering/formwork activities, ensuring quality and timely cycle completion. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and material utilization at the site. Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with company quality standards. Ensure adherence to safety procedures, statutory regulations, and company HSE guidelines. Prepare daily progress reports, DPRs, work schedules, and site documentation. Verify contractor work progress and coordinate with the billing team for measurement and certification. Identify site issues and resolve technical challenges in coordination with senior management. Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality and budget objectives. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and high-rise building execution. Hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering/formwork systems . Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings. Knowledge of construction quality standards, IS codes, and safety practices. Good understanding of project scheduling and resource planning. Strong coordination and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Technical Skills AutoCAD MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera (preferred) Understanding of QA/QC procedures BOQ interpretation and quantity verification Site measurement and execution planning Mandatory Requirements 5–8 years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry . Must have worked on high-rise residential and commercial projects . Mandatory exposure to Mivan shuttering/formwork technology . Experience in RCC structural works and finishing activities. Ability to independently handle site execution and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of quality control, safety standards, and project execution processes.
