Associate Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Satva Offshore, a KPO service provider catering to the Food industry for a US-based client, your role is pivotal in enhancing automation processes, driving revenue growth, and contributing to operational efficiency within a national, multi-unit Asian-inspired food management company. Your keen eye for detail, analytical mindset, and forward-thinking approach will be crucial to leveraging data for sales growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau, Excel, and related tools - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement - Support KPI tracking and reporting for data-informed decision-making - Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within MySQL or similar database systems - Assist in database structures enhancement to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility - Build and implement automated workflows and reporting processes for efficiency and data accuracy - Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for process enhancement - Partner with department leaders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions supporting business goals - Create documentation, train users on reporting tools, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - 2-6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence - Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and MySQL/SQL - Basic understanding of ETL processes and data analysis concepts - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication - Strong collaboration skills and a customer-centric mindset Preferred: - Experience with Python or other scripting languages - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems Your role as a Data Analyst will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success by utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational processes and support strategic decision-making.
