Oracle CX Functional Tester Employment Type: Contract (6 Months) Work Mode: Remote Experience: 48 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Functional Tester to support Oracle Customer Experience Cloud implementations. The candidate should have strong expertise in testing CRM business processes across Oracle CX modules. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios. Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing. Validate Oracle CX modules including: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Customer Data Management (CDM) Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Lead-to-Opportunity Quote-to-Order Validate workflows, approvals, and integrations with ERP/SCM applications. Track and resolve defects with cross-functional teams. Required Skills: 4+ years of Functional Testing experience. Oracle Fusion CX testing experience. Strong understanding of CRM business processes. Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps. SQL knowledge for backend validation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
