About the role
Hiring Technical Support Engineer Location: Chennai(Nanganallur) Role: Technical Support Engineer Eligibility Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Freshers with good technical knowledge or experienced candidates can apply. Two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, Biometric Attendance, Access Control, Video Door Phone, and Intercom Systems. Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and network devices. Install and support Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and other software applications. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Prepare service reports and maintain installation records. Travel to customer locations for installation and support when required.
