Head of Information Technology

Role Overview: You will be the Head of Information Technology at Kay International Pvt. Ltd. (Kay Blowers), based in Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana. In this full-time on-site role, you will lead the strategic and operational management of IT systems and infrastructure in the industrial equipment/manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: - IT Operations Management: - Oversee daily IT operations to ensure business continuity. - Manage IT service desk operations and resolve technical issues promptly. - Maintain official email systems and domain (@kayblowers.com). - Ensure smooth functioning of biometric attendance systems. - Coordinate with printer and hardware service providers for uninterrupted services. - Monitor IT infrastructure performance, security, and data integrity. - SAP Management: - Oversee end-to-end SAP operations, support, and optimization. - Provide technical guidance and training on SAP usage. - Align SAP functionalities with business goals in collaboration with departments. - Act as a bridge between end users and SAP support teams for issue resolution. - Manage SAP Administration Module and ensure system efficiency. - Handle Business Partner module and maintain Item Master Data accuracy. - Leadership & Strategy: - Develop and implement IT strategies in line with organizational growth. - Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management. - Effectively manage vendor relationships and IT budgets. - Lead and mentor the IT team to enhance productivity and performance. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Master's degree (MBA/M.Tech) preferred. - Minimum 1015 years of IT management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Administration, Business Partner, Master Data). - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setup. - Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and ERP systems. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
