About the role
Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager who can streamline operations through data-driven decision-making, automation, and AI-powered solutions. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on capable of identifying inefficiencies, building scalable systems, and executing cross-functional programs. Key Responsibilities Program Operations Management: Own and drive cross-functional programs across product, operations, and business teams Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions Define KPIs, track performance, and ensure timely execution of initiatives Automation Process Optimization: Design and implement automation for repetitive operational workflows Improve internal processes using tools, scripts, and low-code/no-code platforms Reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency Data Analytics: Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time decision-making Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights Collaborate with data teams to improve data pipelines and quality AI Technology Implementation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML across operations and customer workflows Work on practical AI use cases such as predictive analytics, automation bots, or optimization models Partner with engineering teams to deploy AI-driven solutions Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams Communicate program updates, risks, and outcomes effectively Required Qualifications 4 8 years of experience in Program Management / Operations / Strategy roles Strong experience in automation (Python, scripts, Zapier, APIs, etc.) Hands-on experience with data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI) Exposure to AI/ML concepts or practical implementation (preferred) Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Preferred Skills Experience in startups or high-growth environments Familiarity with EV, energy, or mobility domains (bonus) Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or workflow automation platforms Basic understanding of system design and APIs What We re Looking For A hands-on, not just a coordinator, with a builder mindset Hands-on, capable of creating solutions from scratch Strong ownership and execution focus Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
