DevOps Lead - Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with 10 to 15 years of expertise in CI/CD implementation, cloud infrastructure management, containerization, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps transformation initiatives, streamline deployment processes, and ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines. Lead DevOps strategy and automation initiatives across projects. Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure environments. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency. Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management. Troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues. Implement security best practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans. Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure costs. Mentor DevOps engineers and establish DevOps best practices within teams. Required Skills Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux Administration. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Groovy. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Management. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills DevOps or Cloud certifications preferred. Experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation.
