About the role
Role Overview: As an Associate IT Customer Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and efficient customer support by responding to inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via phone, email, or live chat. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, as well as managing customer issues using a ticketing system. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via phone, email, or live chat with prompt, friendly, and efficient assistance. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, and provide clear instructions for issue resolution. Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus. - Technical Skills: Solid understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AWS), hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity, and software installation. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT support tools is advantageous. - Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, patience, empathy, a customer-first mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
