About the role
Title: Piping Designer
Job Posting Description KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
KBR is looking for Senior Designer who possess experience in working within the piping design team on Offshore projects and ensuring piping design integrity is not compromised while managing the execution of the project.
This is a direct contract role with an initial duration of 1 year and the possibility of extension based on business requirements and performance. Responsibilities Develop unit plot plans/equipment layouts/WHP/Process
Excellent knowledge in E3D, MS Office, AutoCAD & MicroStation
Experience in Fixed Platform / FPSO is minimum requirement
Good knowledge in mechanical handling concepts
Good Knowledge of support selection and modelling. Special support drawing creation is preferable
Knowledge in PML macros development will be considered an added advantage
Good knowledge in ISO checking and back drafting and support ISO team on project needs
Excellent skill to guide young designers
Good knowledge in conceptual layout study
Good Communication skills

Preparation of MTO
Review of Vendor package
Education Candidate should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical
Experience 7 - 20 years of experience in above skills & responsibilities
