About the role
Responsibilities: Integrate LLM APIs for automation, parsing, and chat functionalities. Build robust RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines. Design effective prompts and manage vector databases. Ensure data security and compliance within AI applications. Monitor and optimize AI application cost, latency, and quality. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python, Go, or Node.js. Proven experience with LLM applications (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face). Familiarity with LangChain/LlamaIndex, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), API design, and microservices. Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles. Desired: Experience in Fintech/SaaS domain, LLMOps, and fine-tuning exposure. Desired: Experience with CI/CD for AI applications and observability tools.
