Power BI Developer

Partner with finance and operations leadership to understand reporting needs across PPC, FP&A, and Shared Services functions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and effective management reporting. Design and develop interactive reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, and related tools. Transform complex financial data into meaningful visualizations and performance insights. Integrate and merge data from multiple databases and systems to calculate key financial and business metrics. Drive automation of routine reporting and processes using advanced technologies such as AI, OCR, RPA, and bots. Automate data migration and translation across enterprise systems including Costpoint, Cobra, EPM, EDW, and OnBase. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, and missing data. Develop and maintain documentation, work instructions, and process guides in compliance with IT standards and controls. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance reporting and analytics function.
