About the role
Key Responsibilities Perform conventional and complex engineering tasks within the assigned functional area under general supervision. Develop new approaches and solutions to resolve technical challenges encountered during project execution. Plan, schedule, and execute engineering work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and application of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. Handle engineering assignments involving complex features such as conflicting design requirements, material limitations, and coordination challenges. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to designers and junior engineers. Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and project standards. Contribute indirectly to cost control, operational efficiency, and project profitability through effective technical execution. Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth integration of engineering activities.
