Solution Design Manager, R&D Digital Platforms & Product Development

Role Overview: As a Technology Solution Design Manager at Kenvue R&D Technology, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge products and platforms that leverage data, artificial intelligence, and user experience to deliver personalized and impactful health solutions. You will collaborate with R&D teams, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end solution design process, from ideation to prototyping to testing to deployment, utilizing both existing and new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of innovative products and platforms that utilize data, artificial intelligence, and user experience to deliver personalized health solutions - Collaborate with R&D teams, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and platforms - Oversee the end-to-end solution design process, from ideation to prototyping to testing to deployment, leveraging existing technologies and introducing new technology to the enterprise Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field (additional experience with R&D, Product Development, Sustainability, and Chemistry preferred) - Minimum of 10 years of experience in data platforms, data and systems architecture & engineering, development processes and tools, event-driven architecture, and serverless systems design - Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure data solutions that meet business and user needs - Strong knowledge of data technologies such as cloud computing, big data, data lakes, data warehouses, data mesh, data fabric, data pipelines, data quality, data governance, and data visualization - Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and applications, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision - Keen eye for user experience design and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces - Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to generate novel ideas and solutions - Collaborative and agile approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively If you are excited about this opportunity, please apply online with your resume and portfolio.
