About the role
Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor MEP works at project sites. Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify measurements and certify subcontractor/vendor bills. Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety (HSE) standards. Attend client meetings and resolve technical issues. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover. Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within budget. Required Skills Good knowledge of MEP systems. Experience in Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, Residential, Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. Knowledge of IS Standards, NBC, and relevant MEP codes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good planning and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project (preferred), and AutoCAD. Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3 t0 4 years of experience in MEP project execution.
