Job Title MDM Data Engineer / Specialist - Ataccama ONE Job Description Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Data Engineer / Specialist to join our team in Bangalore . In this role, you will lead end-to-end enterprise MDM and Reference Data Management (RDM) implementations, leveraging best-in-class data governance practices alongside modern AI-assisted engineering tools. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Implementation: Lead and execute large-scale enterprise MDM and Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions. Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices across data quality, data integration, and data governance modules. Data Lifecycle Management: Design, optimize, and manage data cleansing, standardization, and complex data workflows. Modern Engineering: Use AI code assistants and prompt engineering principles to streamline development and execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with strong cross-team communication. Desired Candidate Profile Work Experience & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Overall Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in MDM, RDM, or related data management domains. Vendor Expertise: 2+ years of dedicated experience working with Ataccama ONE MDM . Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week from the Bangalore office . Technical & AI Skills MDM Platform: Ataccama ONE MDM (Required) Databases: PostgreSQL Analytics & Logging: ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Amplitude Analytics DevOps & Version Control: Git, GitLab, TeamCity, Docker AI & Prompting: Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering (context setting, instruction crafting) and experience using AI code tools. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently.
