Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement features and improvements for blockchain protocols.
- Develop smart contracts and contribute to the creation and maintenance of decentralized applications (dApps).
- Work closely with the research team to validate new concepts and integrate emerging technologies into existing protocols.
- Ensure the blockchain infrastructure is scalable, secure, and functions efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices, and maintain high standards for code quality and performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology and actively engage with the blockchain community.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in protocol development with a robust background in blockchain technologies.
- Experience in developing smart contracts and dApps.
- Proficiency in blockchain-specific programming languages, such as Rust and Solidity.
- Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and experience in optimizing network protocols.
- Skills in utilizing blockchain development tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts.
