About the role
As a Instrumentation Technician in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for: - Performing calibration, validation, and maintenance of process instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves - Ensuring proper functioning of instrumentation systems in manufacturing and utility areas - Executing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities - Maintaining calibration records, logs, and documentation as per cGMP requirements - Assisting in qualification and validation of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ) - Coordinating with production and QA teams for smooth operations and compliance - Troubleshooting instrumentation and control system issues (PLC/SCADA basics preferred) - Ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines - Supporting audits and inspections by maintaining audit-ready documentation - Handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to instrumentation Qualifications required for this role: - Relevant experience in calibration, validation, and maintenance of process instruments - Knowledge of cGMP requirements - Familiarity with PLC/SCADA basics preferred Please note that the location for this position is in Hyderabad with a salary package that is best in the industry.
