About the role
Keylent is looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Solution Design and Development:Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet client needs, including building journeys, emails, automation, and data-driven marketing campaigns Implement and customize marketing cloud functionalities using AMPscript, SQL, and other scripting languages Integration and Data Management:Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization Manage data extensions, data models, and data configuration within the Marketing Cloud environment Marketing Automation and Personalization:Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including triggered sends, segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization rules Implement and test journey builder experiences, ensuring optimal customer engagement and conversion Reporting and Analytics:Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to measure campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align marketing strategies with business objectives Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to marketing teams on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities
