About the role
Role Overview: Keyrus is seeking a Senior Production Support / DevOps Engineer to provide support and operate enterprise Java-based platforms in collaboration with development teams. This role focuses on ensuring application reliability, cloud operations, and observability in Azure environments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support for business-critical applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability. - Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot applications, including log analysis and root cause investigation. - Support and monitor REST APIs and distributed application components. - Operate and support applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes (AKS). - Manage and support cloud services on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Server, Azure Static Web Apps, Blob Storage, and Static Web Apps. - Support Snowflake environments for data access and operational troubleshooting. - Perform Unix/Linux operational tasks and environment-level troubleshooting. - Execute and support DevOps processes, including deployments, releases, and environment validation. - Implement monitoring and observability practices for proactive incident identification. - Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow. - Manage batch processing and scheduling activities using Control-M. - Maintain technical and operational documentation in Confluence. - Utilize GitHub and Azure DevOps (ADO) for source control, pipelines, and collaboration. - Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous service improvement. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments. - Hands-on experience with supporting applications, troubleshooting, and log analysis. - Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems is desirable. - Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures. - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Server, Azure Static Web Apps, and Blob Storage. - Proficiency in SQL. - Experience with GitHub. - Good understanding of DevOps practices and operational workflows. - Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools, preferably Dynatrace. - Nice-to-haves include Java / Springboot knowledge, experience in consulting environments, and exposure to international or multicultural projects.
