Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure high yield and smooth production.

• Perform failure analysis on defective products for continuous quality improvement.

• Carry out engineering projects to improve manufacturing yield, cost and quality.

• Lead AOS projects to manage component obsolescence and maintain supply continuity

• Support new product launches.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering.

• Good knowledge in RF testing/equipment, analog RF circuit design and RF applications.

• Knowledge of problem solving/troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.

• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

• Knowledge on PCA circuitry design, LEAN, Six Sigma, and FMEA will be added advantage.
