ERP Implementation Manager

As the Lead for the end-to-end implementation of In4Suite ERP across the organization, your role involves serving as the liaison between the software vendor and internal departments (Engineering, CRM, Finance, Procurement) to digitize business processes, ensure system adoption, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle including scoping, gap analysis, configuration, UAT, and go-live. - Vendor Management: Drive the implementation team at In4Suite; manage project timelines, SLAs, and technical deliverables. - Process Mapping: Transition manual/legacy workflows into In4Suite modules, ensuring functionality meets business needs for Engineering, Sales, and Finance. - Data & Integration: Oversee legacy data migration, system testing, and integration between modules. - Change Management: Conduct department-wise training, create SOPs, and provide post-go-live support to ensure high user adoption. - Reporting: Configure dashboards and automated reports to provide management with real-time project/financial visibility. Core Requirements: - Experience: 3+ years in ERP implementation, with mandatory experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector. - Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with In4Suite ERP is highly preferred. - Business Acumen: Deep understanding of real estate lifecycles: Project Management, Procurement, and CRM. - Project Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle technical vendor relationships. - Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive organizational change.
