Strong knowledge of General Insurance business processes and policy lifecycle end to end. Ability to prepare FSD, BRD, user stories, and process flow documents. Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. Experience working with Development, QA, SIT, UAT, and client stakeholders. Valuable understanding in Core System integrations and product implementation activities Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. .
