KGiSL is Hiring Business Analyst Insurance Software Product Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Insurance Software Products. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in Life or General Insurance, along with experience in requirement gathering, client interaction, and translating business needs into functional solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes. Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and UAT teams. Conduct requirement walkthroughs and support testing activities. Assist in product implementation, production support, and change requests. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality insurance software solutions. Required Skills 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Insurance Software Products. Strong knowledge of Life or General Insurance domain. Experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
