About the role
Designation IT Support Engineer Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field CCNA certification preferred Experience 2-5 Years Salary 25,000/- per month Age 22-25 Years Provide desktop, laptop, and end-user technical support. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and applications. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network-related issues. Configure IP, DHCP, DNS, printer sharing, and user access permissions. Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and video conferencing devices. Monitor and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT equipment. Maintain IT asset records, inventory, movement logs, and documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IT reports and checklists. Ensure IT compliance and support internal/external audits. Perform preventive maintenance of IT systems and troubleshoot system failures. Provide user support for MS Office, Windows OS, and business applications. Support manufacturing software such as AutoCAD and other production-related applications. Maintain SQL Server databases and perform basic troubleshooting. Follow IT security policies, backup procedures, and access control guidelines. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and AMC support Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmnet.
