About the role
As a Supply Chain Data Scientist at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operations and driving data-driven decision making across the end-to-end supply chain. Your focus will be on leveraging advanced analytics tools to translate complex data into actionable insights while leading the development of analytical models. Your contributions will directly impact the delivery of better care for billions of people worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Celonis) to translate complex data into actionable insights for the supply chain. - Develop and deploy analytical models to enable data-driven decision making. - Apply strong business acumen to optimize operations and guide supply chain analytics strategy. - Analyze large datasets to identify optimization opportunities and develop scalable metrics, KPIs, and statistical models. - Collaborate cross-functionally to build a robust data foundation using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, HANA VDMs, and Power BI. - Lead end-to-end initiatives including process mapping, use case identification, and project execution to drive measurable business impact and automation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - 5+ years of business experience, with 5+ years specifically in data science, analytics, and/or data modeling. - Experience in advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design. - Knowledge of or willingness to learn new analytical and automation tools. - Demonstrated leadership in executing innovative, technology-driven solutions through problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong technical/analytic skills and experience in platforms such as Excel, SAP/S4, Data Warehouse reporting, Celonis, Power BI, Power Platform, HANA VDMs, Snowflake.
