We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team in Indore for a 3-month internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, production planning, and supply chain management in the FMCG & personal care industry. The intern will gain exposure to day-to-day operations, production planning, process optimization, and cross-departmental coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in manufacturing operations and supply chain management within the FMCG/personal care industry. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Assist in monitoring daily production and operations activities. Support in process documentation, reporting, and analysis. Coordinate with departments like Production, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Warehouse for smooth operations. Assist in inventory management and material movement tracking. Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest efficiency enhancements. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Operations team. Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and company policies. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
