About the role
About the internship: This is a true generalist Founder's Office role. We need someone who can move across functions in the same week; not a specialist who does one thing. If you're the type who gets bored doing only one job, this is built for you. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Sales and Partner Acquisition 1. Reach out to coworking operators and CRE businesses across Bengaluru through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. 2. Book and conduct demos alongside the founding team. 3. Own the outreach pipeline end-to-end. B. QA and Product Testing 1. Conduct full QA testing of new features before they are released, identifying and resolving issues before they reach customers. 2. Write clear and actionable bug reports that engineers can act on immediately. 3. Identify and raise concerns about rough edges in the product experience. C. Onboarding 1. Own the onboarding process for new operator partners going live on the platform. 2. Build and continuously refine the onboarding playbook based on learnings and feedback. D. Business Process and Problem-Solving 1. Identify broken processes and proactively implement solutions without waiting to be asked. 2. Apply sound business judgment when handling ambiguous situations. 3. Demonstrate a strong bias toward action and prioritize getting things done over creating perfect processes. A true jack-of-all-trades, equally comfortable cold-calling an operator, QA-ing a feature, and fixing a broken process on the same day. 2. Have an AI-first mindset and use AI tools by default to work faster and smarter. 3. Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions. 4. Genuine problem-solver who gets things done and has strong business process instincts. 5. Learn quickly and take ownership without requiring constant supervision or hand-holding. 6. Communicate confidently in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a plus for on-ground CRE outreach. 7. Have strong attention to detail and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. 8. Previous startup experience is not required; a great attitude and a bias toward action matter more. 10. Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection. 11. Comfortable communicating with businesses through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach. 12. Willing to learn quickly and take ownership of outcomes across multiple functions, rather than limiting yourself to a fixed task list. 13. Hands-on technical experience across research, design, testing, development, and deployment is a strong advantage. Candidates who have shipped an end-to-end project, side product, or hackathon build are especially encouraged to apply. 14. Experience with sales, CRM tools, AI tools, or prior startup exposure is a plus.
