About the role
As an Architect & Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of Design & Build projects. This includes client engagement, concept development, design management, approvals, budgeting, procurement coordination, contractor management, site execution, quality assurance, project controls, and final handover. You will serve as the single point of accountability for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead projects from concept design through construction and final handover. - Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and material selections. - Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants. - Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. - Act as the primary client interface and lead project review meetings. - Manage BOQs, procurement activities, contractor selection, and contract administration. - Monitor site execution, quality standards, statutory compliance, and HSE requirements. - Oversee testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory. - Master's Degree in Construction Management / Project Management Preferred. - PMP Certification and Registered Architect status will be an advantage. Experience: - 38 years of experience in Design & Build, Architecture, Interior Fit-Out, Commercial, Residential, or Infrastructure Projects. - Demonstrated experience managing projects independently from design through execution. Technical Skills: - AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. - MS Project / Primavera P6. - BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation. - Contract Administration. - Microsoft Office Suite.
