About the role
Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for all agents, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. 2. Assist with network-related tasks, including maintaining local and wide area networks, access points, and routers. 3. Ensure the smooth operation of all computer hardware and peripherals. Requirements: 1. Proven experience or solid knowledge in networking, LAN, WAN, access points, and router configuration. 2. Robust understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. 3. Tech-savvy with excellent problem-solving skills and a helpful attitude. 4. Fluency in English conversation, as the role supports hotels in the USA. 5. Availability to work across all rotational shifts: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities: 1.
