About the role
Job Role: System Administrator/ Senior Information Technology Engineer Job Purpose Manage and support corporate Windows server infrastructure, cloud endpoints, SharePoint environments, and enterprise network systems. Key Responsibilities - Server Admin: Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (20122019), Active Directory, and DHCP. - Cloud & Endpoints: Administer Microsoft Intune and Azure Portal for Autopilot, BitLocker, and O365. - SharePoint Support: Manage user permissions, troubleshoot document libraries, and maintain team sites. - Basic Knowledge of Networking: Configure Cisco routers/switches, manage VLANs, and troubleshoot via Console/SSH. - ITSM & Support: Resolve incidents and change requests using any ticketing tool; provide VIP support. - Infrastructure: Manage data center hub rooms, network cabling, and environments. Required Skills - Technical: Windows Server, SharePoint Online/On-Premises, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, MS Intune, ticketing tool. - Education: Graduate degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science.
