About the role
- Support new product process development strategies and identify implementation techniques for the new product with CRE AE 2. Lead smart manufacturing process establishment 3. Review, analysis implement actions for non-conformance, customer complaints, line rejection. 4. Prepare execute capex budget for establishment of new facility or modification of existing facility related to process material handling 5. Manage overall process related planning, design monitoring activities to support the production process 6. Ensure completion of DFM, DFA, routing, engineering change management and execution of make or buy decision 7. Feasibility review of manufacturing new product proto. Provide appropriate facility for the development 8. Identify drive productivity, cost reduction, quality safety improvement projects 9. Collaboration with CRE/AE, CME, Quality, Maintenance, SCM CFT for smart manufacturing process design implementation. 10. Provide support for Line layout modifications 11. Execute Cycle time manpower calculation by using IE techniques 12. CNC part programming for new parts or modification in program due to new cutting tool/fixture.
