Role Summary Detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer responsible for technical documentation, quality control, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and project coordination for diesel gensets and engine systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, supporting cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality technical outputs for customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, service procedures, and maintenance guides. ? Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as per ISO 8528 standards including functional, load, vibration, and acoustic tests. ? Perform quality inspections for gensets and auxiliary systems such as control panels, radiators, and enclosures. ? Prepare quality control (QC) reports, compliance documentation, and customer-facing reports. ? Analyze performance data and validate genset parameters across various load conditions. ? Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely execution. ? Utilize SAP for documentation, BOM management, and engineering change processes. ? Conduct thermography, vibration analysis, and noise measurement for validation. ? Support customer inspections and provide technical clarification. ?
