Senior Engineer (MG4) - Assembly Department

? Supervision of day to day operation and process of Generator Assembly, Performance testing and Packing. ? Manpower management production achievement, on time delivery. ? Responsible for quality in day to day production, shop floor management ? People development ? Continual improvement on shop floor safety, reduction in conversion cost ? Execution customer inspection at plant ? Responsible for implementation of continual improvement projects towards Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Moral etc. ? Responsible for review on line performance ? Responsible for implementation of best practices on line ? Investigation of accident on shop floor ? Ensure optimum utilization of resources ? Continual improvement on shop floor safety, reduction in conversion cost ? Skill enhancement of people, training and evaluation of team ? Responsible for implementation of continual improvement projects towards Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Moral etc. Hand on experience in handling of electrical measuring equipment?s ? Multimeter, Megger, Power Analyser etc. Expertise in an electrical trouble shooting of Gensets, CRDi Gensets Hand on experience in? SEDMAC, DEEPSEA, WOODWARD controllers program Familiar with KFT tools, INCA ? Bosch, NIRA AB control tool, EST ? NIRA (KOEL).
