Assembly Engineer - Electrical Location : Kagal, Kolhapur MH Qualification : BE - Electrical Only Core Competencies in - Generator assembly, testing, and packing - Genset troubleshooting (DG Sets, PNG Gensets, CPCB 4 engines) - Electrical and engine troubleshooting - Manpower handling and people development Key Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day operations and processes for Generator Assembly, Performance Testing, and Packing. Managing manpower to achieve production targets and ensure on-time delivery. Ensuring quality in daily production and overseeing shop floor management. Driving continual improvements in shop floor safety, resource utilization, and conversion cost reduction. Executing customer inspections at the plant. Implementing best practices and continual improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale. Reviewing online performance and investigating shop floor accidents. Enhancing team skills through targeted training and performance evaluations.
