About the role
Role Overview: We are looking for highly motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our R&D team. The role involves working on thermal systems, heat & mass transfer, and separation technologies , contributing to design, analysis, and experimental development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in R&D projects related to: Heat & Mass transfer systems & Thermal processes Separation technologies (filtration, distillation, etc.) Perform engineering calculations and simulations Support prototype development and testing Analyse experimental data and prepare technical reports Collaborate with senior engineers on process improvements Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 pass-outs) Strong academic performance (preferred) Required Skills: Strong fundamentals in: Thermodynamics Heat & Mass Transfer Fluid Mechanics Good mathematical and analytical ability Basic knowledge of tools like: CAD tools (optional but good to have)
