Trainee Engineer In Production

Key Responsibilities: Program and operate CYP-Cut Laser, Delem Bending Controller, Rolling Machine (or equivalent). Perform nesting for laser cutting machines to optimize material usage. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices for process improvement. Control rejections, scrap, and ensure quality standards. Work with sheet metals of different grades using CNC Laser Cutting, Waterjet Cutting, CNC Bending, and CNC Rolling. Lead teams with a focus on productivity and safety. Handle costing calculations for raw, in-process, and finished materials. Required Skills: Diploma Mechanical Engineering. 05 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing. Strong skills in CNC programming, nesting, costing, and team handling. Preferred Skills: Experience in precision machining / heavy fabrication industry. Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
