Our values Location: Malaysia Deadline: 2026.06.30 Job Description: SMT Responsible for all SMT processes and equipment, such as printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, etc., including developing equipment programs and setting optimization parameters. Regularly maintain the above equipment. Develop equipment operation and maintenance guidelines. Develop product flow charts, process routes, and work instructions. Resolve and analyze technical and quality issues in daily production, and analyze and handle defective products from downstream processes. - NPI and transfer projects responsible for the above processes. Submit effective and professional DFM reports after trial production. Lead continuous improvement projects according to KPI requirements. Communicate with equipment suppliers. - Regularly train relevant technical personnel and operators. THT Familiar with processes such as selective soldering (ERSA equipment), wave soldering, manual soldering, laser soldering, cleaning, conformal coating, PCB separation, preforming, and box assembly. Maintenance and repair of the above-mentioned equipment, and evaluation of new equipment introduction. Design and fabrication of process fixtures and jigs for the above-mentioned processes. Solve and analyze technical and quality problems in daily production, continuously improving yield and efficiency. Support the handover of NPI projects or other projects. Support customers and Kitron Group factories during the above processes. Coordinate the work of technicians, train and motivate technicians for continuous improvement, and achieve departmental goals. Create production process operation instructions. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: 5 years of SMT and PCBA assembly related work experience. Extensive industry experience, with the ability to quickly identify the essence of problems and solve them. Clear logic, strong foresight, and often able to get things right the first time. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 4. Six Sigma, and automated production is preferred. Proficiency in English both verbal and written communication. Proficient in using Fuji series pick-and-place machines and programming. Proficient in oven temperature testing, assessment, and optimization. Proficient in CMK measurement and using various statistical and analytical tools to improve yield and efficiency. Proficient in IPC specifications for SMT processes.
