About the role
Support end-user hardware and software (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Participate in the support of Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows server infrastructure
Support regulated and customer-sponsored computing environments, including environments subject to security clearance, as needed
Assist in administering device management systems (Active Directory, JAMF, Puppet)
Provide support for virtual infrastructure (VMware), cloud-computing services (AWS), and various cloud service providers
Maintain backup infrastructure (Veeam)
Configure networking, including firewalls, wireless networks, VPN tunnels, and VLANs
Make recommendations on new system purchases (end-user and infrastructure)
Maintain documentation in support of new technologies and applications
