Hi Candidate, Opening for Linux Engineer (L2) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Airoli. Note: This is 24*7 UPI support so resources will have to work in all the shifts. JD for Linux L2 Server, Storage & Switches daily Health Check-up & Health status of Physical H/W, raid Pool and LUNs status. Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers and network hardware. Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment. Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure. Check for any Alert logs & take necessary actions on the same. Daily Health Check-up of Zones, Alert logs, HW/SW errors Backup and Recovery Management and maintain the backup systems. Ensure backups are running as per the schedule and retention is met. Verify all full backup jobs disk to disk and disk to tape. Restore testing for audit evidence. Tape library Daily Health check-up to ensure that tape records are maintained in accordance with bank policies. Data Domain EMC daily backup status including Disk to Disk. Check RPA Connectivity between Primary to Near DR & Near DR to Far DR and storage. Application / Database Changes as per App team and DBA on Productions.
