Kiya.ai is Hiring SAP HCM Specialist (Payroll & Time Management) Job Title: SAP HCM Specialist (Payroll & Time Management) Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Shift Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM . Mandatory Skills - Robust experience in SAP HCM - Hands-on expertise in SAP HR Payroll (PY) - Hands-on expertise in SAP HR Personnel Time Management (PT) - Experience in HCM functional design and solutioning. - Experience in SIT and UAT testing support. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. - Experience in cross-functional coordination and issue resolution. - Knowledge of SAP HCM master data, organizational management, and personnel administration. Ideal Candidate Profile - 5 to 8 years of SAP HCM consulting experience. - Strong functional expertise in Payroll and Time Management. - Experience in SAP HCM implementation or support projects. - Exposure to SuccessFactors integration is an added advantage. - Understanding of HR business processes and statutory payroll requirements. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Willingness to work in the 11:00 AM 8:00 PM shift from Hyderabad.
