Role Overview: You are a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. Your strong background in .NET technologies for backend development, Python for data ingestion and pipeline development, and proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript will be utilized in architecting robust solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration across the tech stack. As a leader, you will guide teams, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. This position, based in Bangalore, India, offers the opportunity to work on complex projects with distributed teams across various KK Group development centers in Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core for backend and modern front-end frameworks. - Design and build scalable data ingestion and pipeline systems in Python. - Lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to industry best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the full stack. - Provide mentorship and support to junior developers and peers. - Participate in code reviews, test-case development, and application deployment processes. - Contribute to project planning, estimation, and agile development practices. - Stay up to date on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. - Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset and suggest ideas to automate processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree (mandatory) B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline.
