About the role
Key Responsibilities Shape AI architecture and direction by defining scalable AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions that align with business priorities and enterprise standards. Guide solutions from concept to production , supporting teams as they move from early exploration through deployment with a focus on reliability, performance, and long term maintainability. Support and develop engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, and clear goal setting, helping individuals grow while delivering high quality outcomes. Collaborate across teams , working closely with product, platform, security, and business partners to translate needs into practical, well aligned technical approaches. Strengthen AI delivery foundations by encouraging consistent MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automation, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, model/version management, deployment, monitoring, observability) Familiarity with responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle Experience with Generative AI frameworks or tooling (for example: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM APIs) Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 1+ years Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions used in production 2+ years Experience leading technical projects and supporting team delivery
