About the role
Role Overview: Join Klugsys as a Frontend Developer to build user-facing experiences across UAE and global markets. You will collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and AI teams to transform product ideas into intuitive interfaces using modern frontend technologies like Flutter and React/Next.js. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive UI for Mobile and Web Platform. - Implement mobile features using Flutter, including chat UI, property cards, search filters, dashboards, and AI assistant screens. - Build clean web components using React.js / Next.js. - Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect interfaces. - Ensure consistency with design system, branding, and interaction patterns. - Integrate frontend features with backend APIs and AI services. - Optimize user experience for speed, responsiveness, and mobile performance. - Handle real-time interactions like chat, voice-to-text, and LiveKit integrations. - Troubleshoot UI bugs, performance issues, and production defects. - Collaborate with backend and cloud teams for smooth API communication and deployment. Qualification Required: Core Technical Requirements (Must Have): - 35 years of experience in mobile and/or web frontend development. - Strong experience with Flutter (Dart) for mobile app development. - Strong experience with React.js or Next.js for web application development. - Proficient in UI frameworks, responsive design, animations, and custom components. - Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data. - Good understanding of state management patterns. - Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and component-driven development. - Experience working with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: - Strong design sense and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting with evolving priorities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ownership-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality frontend experiences. - Ability to translate product concepts into smooth, intuitive user flows.
