ServiceNow ITAM Developer (HAM & SAM) (Noida)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM developer with deep expertise in HAM and SAM processes. The ideal candite will design, develop, and optimize ITAM solutions in ServiceNow platform using native scripting capabilities, Glide APIs, and platform standard customization patters. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop ITAM workflows, catalog items and automation flows using ServiceNow native scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript) - SAMPro configurations in alignment with IBM CVA terms - Creation of custom metrics for IBM entitlements, if needed - Software allocations on SAMPro - Development of custom tables to capture the 90day highwater mark and related data - Build and maintain service side scripts, Business rules, scheduled jobs and transform maps - Should be having hands on experience on ITAM implementation - Should be aware of SAM and HAM out of the box functionalities - Proven experience in ServiceNow native scripting, well efficient to use the Glide APIs for complex customizations. - Familiar with SAM Publisher packs, integrations with software vendor portals, service graph connectors, and custom applications - Develop event driven automation using event management, notifications, and scheduled data pipelines - Implement Import data sets and data sources for bulk asset data ingestion from third-party tools - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities for ITAM features - Monitor Platform health, manage instance upgrades and perform regression testing for ITAM modules - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-first mindset - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast faced environment Certifications Required: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Strongly preferred) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS HAM (Preferred) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS SAM (Preferred) We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM developer with deep expertise in HAM and SAM processes.
