Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing team that specializes in designing and manufacturing high precision Fluid Film Bearings for various sophisticated rotating machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Production Schedule based on delivery requirements - Conduct Technical Audit of Engineering Drawings and related Technical Documents - Develop item/category specific Manufacturing & Quality Control Plans (MQCP) - Create Process Sheets, Machining Drawings, and detailed Work Instructions - Track execution progress across different stages, ensuring compliance with MQCP and Production Schedule - Input relevant data into the Company ERP system, providing live status updates Qualifications: - Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in machining on CNC Turning/Milling/VTL Machines Desired Skills: - Strong knowledge of Job Setting, Tool Selection, Holding, Machining Operations, and CNC Programming - Proficiency in reading Engineering Drawings, including GD&T - Ability to create Machining Drawings - Experience working with ERP systems - Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Please note that this is a Full-Time position, requiring you to work 6 days a week, on-site at our plant located in Greater Noida. The salary offered ranges from 35-60k/month, depending on your qualifications, experience, and skills.
