About the role
Job Title: RPA Developer / Support Engineer Key Responsibilities - Daily monitoring of bot executions. - Tracking and troubleshooting of incidents and ensuring timely resolution. - Develop and configure RPA bots using tools like UiPath or Power Automate. - Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UAT support) to ensure quality and functionality. - Deploy bots in production, monitor performance, and manage exceptions. - Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation. - Collaborate with business and IT teams for successful implementation of automation solutions. - Support existing automations and identify opportunities for process improvements. - Follow automation development standards and best practices. Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, or other RPA tools. - Understanding of automation workflows and process automation concepts. - Familiarity with SQL and database concepts. - Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and business processes. - Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation (preferred). - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience - Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in RPA, automation, software development, or related technologies. - Internship, academic project, or certification in UiPath, Power Automate, Python, or automation tools will be an advantage. Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
