Technical Project Manager-Java with Frontend

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager at a global digital transformation solutions company, you will be responsible for leading and managing enterprise-scale web and frontend application projects. Your role will involve providing technical direction, driving Agile project delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring engineering excellence to deliver high-impact frontend platforms and digital applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale web and frontend application projects. - Define project scope, milestones, timelines, delivery plans, and resource allocation. - Manage multiple Agile teams across frontend engineering, QA, and DevOps functions. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. - Monitor project health using metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-down, defect trends, and release readiness. - Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation strategies proactively. - Provide technical direction for frontend architecture and modern web application development. - Work closely with engineering teams on React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks. - Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and release planning. - Own execution across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Ensure implementation of robust testing strategies for frontend applications. - Support career development, performance management, and technical upskilling of team members. - Ensure high-quality releases with focus on scalability, security, usability, and performance. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in software development and technical project management. - Strong experience managing frontend/web application development projects. - Hands-on technical background in React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3, modern frontend frameworks, and web technologies. - Strong understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, and SPA development. - Experience managing Agile engineering teams in enterprise environments. - Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile delivery models. - Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD platforms. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience working with distributed/global teams. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
