About the role
We are hiring for a global digital transformation solutions company, and is part of a team delivering technology solutions for a client project. The successful candidate will work closely with client delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications in a complex, fast-paced environment. Must-Have Skills 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL-based databases Robust experience building high-performance REST APIs Experience with messaging, queues, and WebSocket-based communication Must have experience in Capital market. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs Solid knowledge of server-side architecture, performance, security, and maintainability Experience working with relational databases Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Experience working across on-premises and cloud environments Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, including root-cause analysis Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies Proven ability to mentor and guide developers Experience in code reviews and technical design discussions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Good-to-Have Skills Experience leading backend development across multiple projects Exposure to backend architecture evolution and evaluation of new technologies Solid inclination toward modern DevOps practices and collaboration Ability to drive technical excellence and code quality standards We are hiring for a global digital transformation solutions company, and is part of a team delivering technology solutions for a client project.
