Role Overview The BIM Modeler Intern will assist the Architecture Design team in developing Building Information Models BIM, preparing construction documentation, and creating accurate 3D models for architectural projects. This internship provides hands on experience with BIM workflows and industry standard software. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and updating BIM models for architectural projects. Prepare 3D models, drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using BIM software. Support project documentation and coordination with design teams. Maintain model accuracy and ensure compliance with BIM standards. Assist in preparing project presentations and construction documentation. Required Skills Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, or SketchUp is an added advantage. Understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation. Good analytical, visualization, and problem solving skills. Perks Hands-on experience with live BIM and architectural projects. Exposure to industry-standard BIM workflows and technologies.
